Rising elegantly in the heart of South Mumbai, this project was conceived to cater to the city’s most discerning ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), offering residential spaces of unparalleled sophistication and exclusivity.
As the lead designer and consultant, I had the privilege of contributing to its remarkable success, with over eight units, each priced in excess of 100 crore / 11 million, sold even before construction commenced—a testament to the transformative power of thoughtful and visionary design.
For me, the design language was deeply inspired by the architecture, which seamlessly embraced 360-degree panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and the iconic Queen’s Necklace. My role extended beyond the meticulous design of the expansive 13,000 sq. ft. duplex residences to include the curation of the building’s amenity areas, undertaken in collaboration with acclaimed consultants and global teams. Together, we shaped an extraordinary living experience, setting new benchmarks in luxury and refinement.
